Whether you just want to get off the coach or are working towards a new PR, we have a program for you! Our customized workouts, educational lecture series and group runs for all levels, including walkers!

    Fall Season

    It's time for the best ROCKIN RUNNER season of the year! Spring Half Marathon training means the ROCKIN RABBIT HALF MARATHON/5k the first Sunday in April. Our group LIVES for this race. The race itself is 100% volunteer based with every last penny going to Hope4Lives (visit hope4lives.org to see all of their amazing work for those in dire need). Group runs and educational sessions are every Sat between Dec 19-Apr 2 (Xmas and New Years weekends might be non-structured coaching) and cost for entire season is only $260! Anthem members and alumni Rockin Runners can text 702-767-7917 with request for 20% off discount code! Event details and schedule Group runs and educational sessions are every Saturday between Dec 19 - Apr 2. Runs start at 7am and leave from Anthem Fitness. What can one expect to receive when signing up for a season? Program development for the beginning to advanced half marathoner, plus step by step guide to proper run/walk form for brand new athletes. Weekly Saturday morning meetings which include: Lecture on all endurance related topics from nutrition to form to cross training, just to name Scattered professional guest speakers in the wellness field. Appropriately routed mileage or time in some of the best run spots in the valley. Hydration stops/support. Weekly emailed ‘homework’ for race prep or training maintenance. Constant communication with your coach/coaches via text and email. Access to great deals and training with Anthem Fitness and other major retailers. Education far surpassing just what’s necessary for the workout itself, and providing the tools for an overall healthy athletic lifestyle.

    Fall in love with the outdoors and getting dirty! The NEW 10-week Summer Trails Educational Endurance Season is $100! That's only $10 p/week! As many different trails as possible! All levels welcome.

  • Nancy Dickinson

    Owner

    For 11 years, nationally ranked triathlete Nancy Dickinson has been successfully sharing her passion for ‘Functional Movement’ as a fitness trainer. But, Nancy considers herself more than just a trainer. She has an innate ability to share her love of movement with others to inspire them to strive for a higher standard of fitness. Nancy’s current focus is on endurance training as well as rehabilitation via PNF stretching.

    Coach

    Running and competing for as long as he can remember, Max holds a B.S. in Human Performance and is a certified personal trainer. Creating a higher quality of movement patterns and instilling a better quality of life are Max's primary goals with his clientele.
